Rob's diverse athletic background incorporates a variety of team sports including soccer, baseball and basketball alongside individual activities such as tennis and running.

Rob's background in athletic training started at Sports Performance Centres (SPC) where he trained elite teen teams and individuals out of Toronto's North York. Since SPC Rob has continued to work with both one on one and small group athletic training and sport development.

Athletic training sessions are largely based around athletic movement and skills directly related to the sport.
