Post injury or time off, our bodies need to "wake up". Over time our unused muscles become inactive and need to be regenerated for proper use and function.

Regeneration training sessions focus on joint positioning and stability as well as proprioception/body awareness and muscle recruitment. The goal of regeneration is to return to sport and activity as soon as possible.
