While training, Rob offers a holistic understanding of the human body. His emphasis on joint angles and movement patterns promotes connected force and injury prevention. While coaching, Rob emphasizes stability with range of motion while using a variety of tools including resistance bands, bodyweight, free weights, Suspension training(TRX) and kettle bells.
Rob brings focus and creativity to compliment his mild demeanor while training. Rob uses a variety of methods to educate and motivate his clients and athletes as they work together towards their individual goals.
